My approach is relational and rooted in the depths of our shared humanness. I interweave body-centered modalities, incorporating somatic interventions with an earth-based perspective, an orientation that is most captured by Western ecotherapy. While somatic and embodied interventions cultivate awareness and invite movement to constrictions born out of protection, an earth-based orientation opens us up and connects us to life, naturally expanding our inner resources and capacity to experience the full spectrum of the human experience. Ultimately, contacting and being in relationship with the heart of who we are involves curiosity, honesty, deep listening, and feeling. And more often than not, re-emerging more alive from the deaths of protective, but limiting identities, toward a life that feels more truthful.
