I focus on strengthening your connection to your own body’s wisdom and intuition.

My approach is relational and rooted in the depths of our shared humanness. I interweave body-centered modalities, incorporating somatic interventions with an earth-based perspective, an orientation that is most captured by Western ecotherapy. While somatic and embodied interventions cultivate awareness and invite movement to constrictions born out of protection, an earth-based orientation opens us up and connects us to life, naturally expanding our inner resources and resilience. Ultimately, contacting and being in relationship with the heart of who we are involves curiosity, honesty, deep listening, and feeling. And more often than not, re-emerging more alive from the deaths of protective, but limiting identities, toward a life that feels more truthful.

I provide an earth-based perspective in my work with individuals and couples, involving a remembering of self as nature - a self that is beautifully interwoven and deeply belonging.

I help clients slow down and create openings for them to reconnect to wholeness within themselves. I focus on supporting you in:

I grew up in the Eastern Sierra and as a young adult began to develop a nurturing relationship with the land and beings of the mountains and desert.
